IBPS Institute of banking personnel selection has published the notification for the recruitment of IBPS Clerk Online Form 2019 , in various public sector bank.

The official notification for IBPS Clerk recruitment 2019-2020 has released by the Institute of banking personnel selection i.e IBPS. According to the IBPS Clerk official notification, the tentative dates for the IBPS Clerk exam are 7th, 8th, 14th and 15th December 2019. Age Limit: Age (As on 01.09.2019): Minimum: 20 years

Maximum: 28 years

A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.09.1991 and not later than 01.09.1999 (both dates inclusive)


Age relaxation is applicable to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD Candidates as per rules.


Educational Qualification:   A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he/she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.


Computer Literacy:  Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer/ Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute. Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT (candidates should know how to read/ write and speak the Official Language of the State/UT) for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply is preferable.

Ex-Servicemen who do not possess the above civil examination qualifications should be matriculated Ex-Servicemen who have obtained the Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force after having completed not less than 15 years of service in the Armed Forces of the Union as on 09.10.2019. Such certificates should be dated on or before 09.10.2019.

SELECTION PROCEDURE: The recruitment process of IBPS Clerk CWE occurs in two phases:

  1. Preliminary Examination
  2. Mains Examination

Students are required to qualify both these exams to get selected for the post of clerical cadre in most of the premier Public Sector Banks. The main thing to note here is that there is no interview process required for the selection of a candidate after the mains exam. 100% weightage is given to the result of mains exam result.
